Twitterfox - Firefox add-on for Twitter. You get a little icon on your status bar that when clicked lets you read new Tweets and send them. Less obtrusive than other Twitter clients.

Twitbin - Firefox extension that puts a Twitter sidebar in your browser.

Twitterbar - Firefox extension which allows you to post to Twitter directly from your Firefox address bar.

Twhirl and Snitter - desktop clients for Windows and Mac.
