Why CNN.Com has changed its layout design and did not apply this new design on International Websites?

CNN.com has recently changed its layout design to a vertical structure where it is clear for the users to watch videos or read last , most popular articles. CNN.com has quite the same design as many popular blogs today.

But CNN did not apply the website design changes to CNN Arabic, CNN Turkish or Joins CNN korea, nor on the CNN Espagnol.
