Google Sweden says bye for Johan Kinnander

I have met Johan Kinnader several times and I do think that he is a good sales manager but I have no idea why Johan Kinnander choosed to leave Google.

Was it Google fault or wasn’t Johan Kinnander meeting Google’s sales goal ?
