Credibility: How accurate and fresh is your content?
Authority: How many typographical or grammatical errors can you find on this site? Is the content in one or many languages?
External and broken Links: How many time you were forwarded to some other websites or to a 404 error page?
Legality: Does this site have all the eTrust, BBB, and SSL certifications?

Digging Deeper: A Few More Questions to Consider

1. Does the author provide sources for information?
2. If the site provides opinion rather than facts, are these opinions clearly identifiable as such?
3. Who are the audiences for this site? Is the site appropriate for the intended audiences?
4. Does the point of view provide balance to the information seeker?
